The Toll Regulatory Board (TRB) previously approved on 24 April 2023 a provisional toll rate adjustment for the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX) pursuant to the petitions for toll rate adjustments filed by NLEX Corp. in 2020 and 2022.
The Notice of Toll Rate Implementation was duly published in a newspaper of general circulation on July 29, 2025, August 5, 2025 and August 12, 2025.
The motorists will pay an additional toll rate per kilometer of P0.64 for Class 1 vehicles, P1.29 for Class 2 and P1.93 for Class 3.

This provisional toll rate adjustment shall enable the continued operations and maintenance of the SCTEX in accordance with the required level of service and standards, and the implementation of the necessary improvements and expansions that shall redound to the benefit of the expressway users by way of a safe, convenient, fast and a worthy travel experience at the SCTEX.
