The Toll Regulatory Board proudly joins the National Privacy Commission (NPC) in celebrating Privacy Awareness Week 2025. We recognize the importance of this annual celebration in strengthening data privacy awareness, promoting responsible data processing, and upholding the fundamental right to privacy for all individuals.

With the theme, “Global Privacy Matters: Navigating a Borderless Digital World and Expanding New Professional Horizons,” we stand with the NPC in underscoring the need to address privacy challenges in the Philippines at a time where data moves swiftly across borders. Hence, the protection of personal data becomes a shared responsibility across nations, organizations, and individuals. 

As a personal information controller, we vow to ensure the highest standards of data protection in all aspects of our operations. We uphold transparency, accountability, and security in handling personal data entrusted to us, in full compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
