Project Description

The Project is a 19.37 kms. six (6)-lane, all elevated expressway which will traverse the Pasig River from Radial Road 10 in the City of Manila to its termination at a connection with the proposed South East Metro Manila Expressway at Circumferential Road 6.  The Project will connect and utilize a 2.7-km. portion of Skyway Stage 3 from Nagtahan to Plaza Azul.

It consists of 3 Segments:

Supplemental Toll Operation Agreement (STOA) Approval

Approved  by the President of the Philippines on 14 March 2022.

Concession Period

30 years from the issuance of the Toll Operation Certificate (TOC).

Project Cost

Php 81.53 Billion [December 2020 prices]

Project Status

AS of 10 March 2023:

On-going preparation of the Detailed Engineering Design (DED);

On-going procurement of the Independent Consultant; and

On-going Environment Compliance Certificate (ECC) application with DENR.
