The Toll Regulatory Board (TRB) is conducting a public consultation on the draft Joint Memorandum Circular entitled: “Revised Guidelines for All Vehicles Travelling on Toll Expressways”, to be issued jointly by the Department of Transportation (DOTr), Land Transportation Office (LTO), and TRB.
