30 year commencing from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed with Segment II
A 4.00 kilometers with 2X2 Lane expressway from the Junction of Daang Reyna and Daang Hari in Las Piñas/Bacoor Cavite to South Luzon Expressway (SLEX), as entry and exit from the northbound and southbound lanes of SLEX, traverses the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) Resevation.
