GENERAL IMPLEMENTING RULES AND PROCEDURES

 

Only selected toll plazas will participate in the dry-run.

 

For a smooth and efficient implementation, the dry-run shall be implemented in batches. In addition to the first, second, third, fourth, fifth batches, the sixth batch includes the following:

 

North Luzon Expressway (NLEX)

• Meycauayan NB and SB Toll Plazas

• Marilao NB and SB Toll Plazas

• Bocaue Interchange NB and SB Toll Plazas

• Tambobong NB Toll Plaza

• Sta. Rita SB Toll Plaza

• San Fernando SB Toll Plaza

• Dau NB Toll Plaza

• Sta. Ines Toll Plaza

Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX)

• Mabiga NB and SB Toll Plazas

• Clark North Toll Plaza

• Concepcion Toll Plaza

• Hacienda Luisita Toll Plaza

• Clark South A and B Toll Plazas

• Dinalupihan Toll Plaza

• Tipo Toll Plaza

Non-participating toll plazas shall continue to collect tolls thru ETC (RFID) lanes and cash lanes.

 

On participating toll plazas, motorists with no RFID stickers shall be directed to a safe place/location where he can pay the toll fees in cash, and shall be persuaded to have an RFID sticker installed.

Though cash payment of toll fees is still allowed, motorists are encouraged to switch to RFID for a faster and more convenient entry and exit at the toll plazas.
