After conducting the public consultation therefor on 19 September 2024 and upon consideration of the comments and inputs thereon by all of the concerned stakeholders, the Toll Regulatory Board has updated the draft [2024] Revised Minimum Performance Standards and Specifications (MPSS) for Toll Collection System (TCS) of Expressways.
