FINAL DRAFT OF THE REVISED IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS OF D.O. 2020-012, "REQUIRING CASHLESS OR CONTACTLESS TRANSACTION FOR ALL VEHICLES TRAVELING ON TOLL EXPRESSWAYS".
After conducting the public consultation therefor on 18 September 2024 and upon consideration of the comments and inputs thereon by all of the concerned stakeholders, the Toll Regulatory Board (TRB) has finalized the draft of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of D.O. 2020-012, "Requiring Cashless or Contactless Transaction for All Vehicles Traveling on Toll Expressways".
